INSTRUCTIONS:
You
can either read the articles for your own information or receive PDA/CEU
credit by taking a quiz at the end of each article. Credit is awarded
for passing scores; a passing score is 70%. You can submit your answers
via email or fax, and the course fee ($10 per CEU) will be conveniently
billed to your credit card. Submissions by regular mail should include
a check payable to The Supply Center. Certificates of course completion
will be mailed to you.
NEW REGULATIONS:
The
California Acupuncture Board has changed the criteria for the online
courses.
(1) Licensees may not claim more than 5 hours of credit per licensing
period (every two years) for courses in Category 2.
(2)
Only 50% of the total number of required hours may be completed through
distance education.
